Layout Share- Road Maps 9

Today DTRD is releasing a new template pack for her guest spot at Brownie Scraps.  If you are not familiar with scrapbooking templates, I would encourage you to check them out.  It’s a great way to get started on a LO.  It did take me quite a while to get used to them, but now I find it’s a very quick way to scrap.

Here’s the preview:

And here is my LO, I used #2.  I love the way it turned out.  See how you can take creative liberty with the clustering?  More buttons did not belong in this layout, LOL!

Layout Share- Cluster Maps 1

Happy Friday!

Today I have some scrapbook inspiration for you.  Down This Road Designs is releasing Cluster Maps 1.  It’s a template pack focusing on clusters.

Clustering is something that I have a hard time with, so I thought this pack was really helpful. DTRD is guesting at Brownie Scraps this month, which is a templates only store.    If you are ever stalling on a page because you can’t get the foundation right, this is a great way to start a layout.

Here’s my layout.

Have a great weekend!

There has been a lot of these lately.  I guess I’m in a scrappin mood.  Cooking- not so much.  The hotter it gets, the less I feel like cooking.  😉

I forgot to post this, but I did want to share that I got a clothesline for Mother’s Day.  A real one.  Not bungee cords!  My wonderful hubby made it for me. I’m sure that most people wouldn’t be so excited for a clothes line, but I sure am.  My dryer has only run once since it’s been up.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Memorial Day weekend.  Don’t forget what the day is about!

Ok, on to the kit preview and layouts.  It’s called Cherish, and it’s by Down This Road Designs.  It’s a revamp of the previous version, and this one has some really great new ellies.

This is my “baby” brother and his girlfriend.  I think they are adorable together.  They both graduated on Sunday.  I really can’t believe that he’s graduated.  I was discussing what a man was with my 3 year old.  I only got as far as “a grown up boy”- and my son asked if Uncle Jed was a man.  Yup.  He’s all grown up! Off to the real world!  Best of luck you two!

Layout Share- “Ride Captain Ride” and “Visitors”

I have 2 sets of Layouts to share with you today, both from Pardon The Mess.

The first kit is a new release today, you can find it here. It’s called “Ride Captain Ride”

This is my “little” brother.

The second kit was previously released, but Sara let me work with it 🙂

Hope everyone is having a great week!

PS  I have a guest post at Down This Road Designs today.  It’s a homemade playdoh recipe.  I made another batch today, so I will post the recipe with pictures here sometime soon!
